Yatoji-temple has two temples. The first temple was built in 910. It is in the vicinity of the top of Mt. Nonobori. The second temple was built in 1717. It is in the foot in Mt. Nonobori. The priest of a buddhist temple lives in the second temple.

August 9 is a special day. One prayer of this day is equivalent to 46,000 times of the usual.
